I wonder how the Rules will be policed? I go to spas to feel free and relaxed. I don't go to spas afraid of being thrown out and banned for life if I am not wearing an unhealthy swim suit. I cannot afford fancy spa treatments - I'm a pensioner. I CAN afford to give a free massage (I'm trained) in return for a - massage. And if I want fancy treatments I'll go to the historic Bath Spa or Porchester Hall (Paddington) - not Tower Hamlets.
